This database provides information on the genotype of strains of Toxoplasma gondii based on sequence analysis of chromosomal loci and regions of the apicoplast.  The primary data are available for comparative analyses.  Data found here have been generated by the Sibley Laboratory (and collaborators) at Washington University under support from the National Institutes of Health.
